Includes one 30 minute introductory call where Ale asks questions and learns a little more about you and your leadership objectives, struggles, what works and what doesn't in your day-to-day life. This will be done over Zoom.

Also includes templates used throughout the sessions and a progress report at the end of the journey with actionable next steps.

Ten weekly 1-hour sessions

Ultimately, you’re a change-maker. You recognise gaps and you have a deep-rooted desire to make an impact. You’re well-versed in human-centred and innovation principles, but wish to have strategic guidance in putting those principles into practice and make your team and organisation grow. 

Just because you’re a leader doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. This is where we come in.

Who is this for?

It’s clear you want to get s##t done, but might not be sure where to begin or where to go next, how to influence the gatekeepers and best utilise your champions, or even have enough stakeholder buy-in to make things happen. Fear no more. Over the next 10 weeks, we’ll work side-by-side to create your personal change-making strategy. We’ll cover various frameworks that might work for you, map out potential journeys and dig deeper into the psychology of positive influence.

The 10 sessions are completely tailored to your needs and the needs of your organisation. That means that if along the way we realise your company may need to go through a Design Sprint, we’ll teach you everything there is to know about running Design Sprints. If we realise the changes you might need to make lie more on the side of your employees, we’ll equip you with the tools you may need to have those tougher conversations. If we realise it’s been a while since you’ve treated yourself to some sugary treats, we’ll send over a box of yummy donuts. The possibilities are endless.
